Cottura respects your privacy. Here's our complete data practice:

• No data collection by us: Cottura (Alexander Riesenbeck) does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to its own servers. We have no servers.
• No analytics: No tracking, no usage analytics, no third-party crash reporters.
• No accounts: No login, no email collection, no user identifiers managed by Cottura.
• iCloud sync (optional, default on, since v1.3): If iCloud sync is enabled in Settings → More, your recipes, baked-pizza history, photos, shopping items and active timers are synchronized between your own Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit private database. Data stays inside your Apple Account — Cottura has no access to it. You can disable the sync any time in the Settings; data then remains only on the local device. Apple's privacy practices for iCloud apply (apple.com/legal/privacy).
• Local storage: Without iCloud sync, all data stays on the device.
• Photos: If you attach a bake photo, it is stored as JPG inside the SwiftData store on the device (and inside your iCloud private database if sync is on). Photos never leave your Apple Account.
• iOS notifications: If you enable timer notifications, these are scheduled by iOS locally — no server is involved.
• Recipe sharing (file since v1.2, QR code since v1.4): When you share a recipe, the recipe data is encoded as JSON and saved either as a .cottura file or as base64url-encoded data inside a cottura:// URL (QR code). The destination (AirDrop, Mail, Messages, scanning the QR code) is fully your choice; Cottura never transmits recipe data to any server.
• No third-party SDKs: Cottura uses only Apple's first-party frameworks. No external services.

If you delete the app, local data is removed from the device. iCloud-synced data remains in your Apple Account until you delete it via Settings → Apple ID → iCloud → Manage Storage → Cottura, or until you delete the data inside the app on any of your devices.

• Lokale Speicherung: Ohne iCloud-Sync bleiben alle Daten auf dem Gerät.
• Fotos: Wenn du ein Pizza-Foto anhängst, wird es als JPG im SwiftData-Speicher des Geräts abgelegt (und in deiner iCloud-privaten-Datenbank, wenn Sync aktiv). Fotos verlassen deinen Apple-Account nicht.
• iOS-Benachrichtigungen: Wenn du Timer-Notifications aktivierst, werden sie lokal von iOS geplant — kein Server beteiligt.
• Rezept-Sharing (Datei seit v1.2, QR-Code seit v1.4): Wenn du ein Rezept teilst, werden die Rezeptdaten als JSON kodiert und entweder als .cottura-Datei gespeichert oder als base64url-Daten in eine cottura://-URL (QR-Code) verpackt. Das Ziel (AirDrop, Mail, Nachrichten, QR-Code scannen) wählst du selbst; Cottura überträgt Rezeptdaten zu keinem Server.
• Keine Drittanbieter-SDKs: Cottura nutzt ausschließlich Apple-eigene Frameworks. Keine externen Dienste.

Wenn du die App löschst, werden lokale Daten vom Gerät entfernt. iCloud-synchronisierte Daten verbleiben in deinem Apple-Account, bis du sie über Einstellungen → Apple-ID → iCloud → Speicher verwalten → Cottura löschst, oder bis du die Daten innerhalb der App auf einem deiner Geräte löschst.
